I trained at The Savoy and also trained under Anthony Worral Thompson in London. I also have a Masters Degree, a higher certificate in wines, a cordon bleu certificate and I am a personal licence holder. I have successfully opened and run many food businesses and my team of highly trained staff always deliver superior quality food, with seasonal ingredients sourced locally where possible.
